Absolutely terrible product This product was terrible. When we got it there was a small piece of broken plastic floating in the box. It was from a spot that wouldn’t have affected the mechanics of the rack. Keep in mind we got this a few days before our trip so it was too late to return and replace. I was concerned that having oblong crossbars that the brackets wouldn’t work but they did fit that fine. The lock was very cheap, and it had a universal key so I’m not sure how secure it would have been had they worked…
