I wear a baseball cap Size 7 and 1/8, and I have a formidable nose. Another similar size large product I purchased was very tight and smashed my nose sideways. This one fits me perfectly and it would flex to fit both smaller and larger heads. The eye holes take some maneuvering, but if your other gear fits comfortably it makes a nice addition that would not have an uncomfortable impact.
