LOVE this bottle for running, but take note that not all pouches are the same size I purchased one of these Nathan water bottles over 2 years ago, and it’s my favorite bottle by far For running. Buy this now! You won’t regret it! I LOVE THIS THING! Honestly, I was super nervous about having anything in my hands while running. I run with my dogs attached to a hands-free belt system and I was scared of not being able to grab their harnesses if I needed to. The beauty of this water bottle is that you still can kinda use that hand for such a thing.
