I am currently 6â1â 175lbs athletic build, I bought a large and it isnât loose at all. Iâd still prob go for the large if I was still 190 from 6 months ago. I typically where a large size t-shirt but currently fit some mediums. The one thing I like about this shirt is itâs thinner than the O’Neill Men’s Basic Skins so less hot.
