I am able to adjust it from three places of the top ventilation slots, the back knob for adjust for head size, and the chain strap.It doesn’t give a space if you wander if you can use earbuds, but it does use net type of material to allow better hearing. The ear part, it’s thicker for warmer, protect from cold weather. The back side pad in my feeling is little bit…
