Good machine I bought from Nordic Dan, Ordered because I stopped running after moving here, as the terrain is so hilly, and it was taking a toll on my feet and knees. It’s quite good. I really don’t know why they don’t have it at health clubs as it exercises you every bit as well as an elliptical, and doesn’t use a motor or power. Quite easy to put together, even for someone who is bad at that kind of thing. Adding the legs at the front was a bit tough, and would have been easier if I had someone…
