Very easy! I usually where a size 12. I bought an XL reg. because I did not want them too tight. The XL reg. was really baggy and loose, so I ordered a L reg. so I could compare. The L reg. fit me perfectly, Not too tight, but no extra room either. The length drags on the floor, but boots will hold that up. My waist is 34″, my hips are 43″, I am 38″ from my hip to the floor.
