Nearly Perfect I purchased this item after an exhaustive search for a snowboard carrier. I use it to carry two snowboards on a 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek. It attaches to the factory Subaru aero bars without issue, although I did need to tighten things occasionally. This was presumably due to a small amount of stretch in the mounts.The only problem that I have is with the notches in the latch. Great product My experience with the Fat Cat rack was positive. I’ve owned Yakima racks for many years and they have always served me well. I liked the Fat Cat for being stream line design and serves it propose to secure skis and a board along with a fishing pole or two. It is easy to use and secures our items with no issues.
